Shakopee East Junior High Sports Information
The activities program is open to all Shakopee students. There are a variety of athletic opportunities for 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th grade students during the season. All sports are coached by individuals assigned by the Activities Director and approved by the School Board.
Athletics Offered through Shakopee Schools:
All paperwork must be completed BEFORE an individual may begin participation on any sports team. All paperwork is collected at either the East Junior High Activities Office, West Junior High Activities Office or the High School Activities Office. The following forms can be found under the Athletic Forms tab.

6th - 8th grade sports fees = $65
There are no separate teams for 7th-8th graders in the following sports.

No student will be excluded from any activity based on the inability to pay a fee. The student or parent should call or see the Assistant Activities Director Brandon Borgen 952 496-5178 or Activities Director, John Janke 952 496-5170
Managers in a given sport shall not pay fees. All other paperwork except for the physical is required.
Refunds based on school policy will be made to students who drop from an activity. All athletic equipment must be turned in before any refund is made.
